Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Currently we are shipping to the UK, EU and internationally.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW...
- Delivery within the UK is charged at £4 and will be royal mail signed for delivery.
- Delivery within the EU is charged at £7.
- Delivery internationally will be charged at £12.
- We reserve the right to cancel the order and refund if the delivery address is deemed unsuitable.
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- Gift Card purchases don't count towards the free shipping threshold.
- In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURNS PERIOD?
Any unwanted product must be returned within 28 days from when your web-site.co.uk order is delivered.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 28 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:
- If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable.
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
Please send an email to: email@example.com with order number and reason for return to notify us of the returning item.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE ITEM?
If you require a different size or style please email: firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of the required exchange before posting the item.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Some health and personal care items
- Items that have labels and/or tags removed and not in original condition
- Items awarded as part of promotion or competition prizes
Gift cards / Promotion / Competition prizes:
- Gift cards can not be exchanged for cash, in part or as a whole.
- Promotion/competition prizes can not be exchanged for cash or credit.
